Living the Challenge: A Thrill-Seeker’s Journey at Rushd

The quote “You only live once” is one of the phrases I hold dear to my heart. By that, I live as a thrill-seeker—or so my mom calls me. Challenges intrigue me more than anything, and being at Rushd fills me with the perfect amount of challenge to grow every day. Everything here seems to be designed to push me toward becoming the best version of myself.

One of those things is Rangers, a young researcher society we have here at Rushd. Through this community, I find challenges and even solve them! What’s even better is that I can also contribute to the world by doing what I love. Being in Rangers has made me someone who constantly sees problems as challenges I can actually solve.

The competitive environment at this school also helps me grow as a person. Everyone wants to be the best, and so do I. But being competitive doesn’t necessarily mean we’re enemies. As someone who lives in a dorm, I can confidently say that my roommates are an important source of support for me. Have I mentioned that being in Rushd’s dorm is amazing?

Long story short, being a student here is not only challenging but also empowering.
